Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce loss of energy, by feeding the control signal of a control apparatus to an unloading electromagnetic direction changeover valve through an automatic open/close switch which is controlled by control electric current of an electromagnetic proportional flow rate regulator valve.
CONSTITUTION: The control signal (d) of a control apparatus 24 is fed to the unloading electromagnetic direction changeover valve 10 through an automatic open/close switch 27 while said switch 27 is also controlled by control electric current (e) which controls the throttle open degree of an electromagnetic proportional flow rate regulator valve 13. Thereby, loss of energy can be reduced, since the automatic open/close switch 27 is cut off automatically to break the electric current of the electromagnetic direction changeover valve 10 in order that the oil discharged from a large capacity pump 4 can be returned to an oil tank 2 without load when the flow setting level reaches the step where the required flow can be supplemented only by the discharge quantity of a small capacity pump 3.
