CONSTITUTION:A plate group 3 consisting of negative plates 3a, positive plates 3b and separators 4 is inserted in a bookstand-like plate-group holder 1, which is set on a vibrating board 6. After the board 6 is slanted, up-and-down vibrations are given to the plate group 3 by making an electromagnetic or air vibrator 5 to work so as to enable the negative and the positive plates 3a and 3b and the separators 4 to easily move in lateral direction. At the same time, a separator beating plate 8 moves back and forth in lateral direction so as to make the separators 4 to be pressed on a positioning plate 7 and to make sides of the separators 4 to be arranged on the plate 7.
