A resin layer (B) has light diffusion and transmission property and consists of a semitransparent film or sheet transmitting >=10% light, such as a transparent resin like a methacrylic or acrylic resin, or the like having on one side or both sides fine ruggendness formed by sand rubbing or honing treatment or the like, or having a light diffusing material, like Al2O3, TiO2, aluminum, gold, or silver powder added. The layers (A), (B) are combined to form a diffusion plate. Use of the TiO2 coated mica gives soft and deep luster. Combination of the layer (B) gives superior self-supporting property, permitting actual fixing operation to be made simple and scratches to be seldom caused.
