CONSTITUTION:In a capacitor Ccp for compensating a distribution capacity of a differential capacitive sensor, a delaying means is interposed in series. Also, a terminal connected to the capacitor Ccp and a terminal connected to the delaying means are connected to both terminals of a constant value current controlling circuit CC. In this way, the negative feedback by the distribution capacity compensating capacitor Ccp does not precede the positive feedback by capacitances C1, C2 of the sensor, and no distortion is generated in an output of an inverter G1.
