Abstract

PURPOSE:In blending powder of electrolytic compounds, to obtain the titled powder exhibiting an improved effect stably only by dissolving it in water, by micronizing previously NaCl as a main ingredient of the compounds into ultrafine powder, spraying the ultrafine powder with a specific amount of glacial acetic acid, and using the powder. CONSTITUTION:In blending powder of varous kinds of electrolytic compounds (NaCl, KCl, CaCl2.2H2O, MgCl2.6H2O and CH3COONa or CH3COONa.3H2O) to prepare an artificial perfusion solution for bicarbonate dialysis, NaCl, a main ingredient of the compound, is micronized by using an micronizer (a number of revolutions of a rotor is preferably 7,000-8,000 r.p.m., a number of revolutions of a separator is preferably 2,000-3,000 r.p.m.) into ultrafine powder having a particle size of 20-30mum. This powder is sprayed with 2-4wt% glacial acetic acid to give NaCl ultrafine powder acidic by acetic acid, which is blended with powder of other ingredients. Abrupt change of pH and separating of Ca salt or Mg salt will not occur during preparation of a perfusion solution.
