Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate reference voltages of both polarities, by constituting a titled signal inverter by a capacity, an MOS transistor switch, and an MOS amplifier which are formed in an MOS transistor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A signal inverter consists of MOS transistor switches 1-3 in an integrated circuit, a capacity C formed in the circuit, and a voltage follower 4 using an MOS amplifier. When a timing signal phi1 is 0, a signal phi2 is 1, and MOSSd 1 and 2 are turned on, and the MOS 3 is turned off, and an input voltage Vref passes through the MOS 1 to set an electrode 5 of the capacity C to the voltage Vref, and an electrode 6 is set to the earth potential. When signals phi1 and phi2 are 1 and 0, respectively, MOSs 1 and 2 are turned off, and the MOS 3 is turned on to set electrodes 5 and 6 to the earth potential and a voltage -Vref, respectively. The voltage -Vref is buffered by the voltage follower 4, and a voltage V0=-Vref is outputted.
