Abstract

PURPOSE: To alarm and indicate the fault portion automatically by storing the signal for detecting the abnormality of the sensor and the actuator in an electronic controller in a memory for storing the data even during the stoppage of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputor is constituted with CPU102, ROM104, RAM106, etc. to take in the signals from various sensors at the left side through a bus 110 thus to drive various actuators at the right side. RAMII 1104 to be backed up by an independent cell 1102 and operates as a non-voratile memory, an alarm lamp 1106 and a display switch 1108 are provided in said devices. Consequently the fault of vairous sensor and actuator are stored in RAMII while alarmed to the driver. Said portion is detected through the operation of a switch 1108.
