CONSTITUTION:An elastic guide support plate 62 is provided to a moving table 56 driven by a ring 51, and then rocked up and down with an adjustment screw 78 inserted into the screw hole 77 of an upper block 59, thereby making the switch adjustment of a tape guide 16. The tape guide 16 is moved up and down along a support shaft 63 to be adjusted by adjusting the extent of the screwing of an upper flange 67 into a screw shaft part 69 in cooperation with a coil spring 64 pressing and energizing up a lower flange 65 and a sleeve 63. A height adjustment mechanism and a swing adjustment mechanism are provided independently of a locking mechanism on the moving table 56, so the adjustment after loading is facilitated.
