Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the removing of a reflection preventing film on an electrode and improve a wettabilty for solder by a method wherein the reflection preventing film is formed on a specific region such as an electrode of a solar battery after the region is covered by material which reduces adhesion of the reflection preventing film. CONSTITUTION:An organic metal compound which forms a reflection preventing film is coated on a surface electrode of a solar battery. A substance which reduces adhesion of the reflection preventing film which is formed by burning that organic metal compound is coated before burning. For example, polyvinyl alcohol is coated when butyl alcohol or acetyl alcohol is used as the organic metal compound. With above method soldering process becomes easy and cheap.
