Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent danger such as an electric shock accident by a high voltage of a panel in which solar battery elements are stored by a method wherein a DC circuit breaker is provided to the panel. CONSTITUTION:Solar battery elements 12 are connected by wiring 13 in series and stored in a panel frame 11. The wiring 13 is so arranged as to be insulated from the panel frame 11 and a DC circuit breaker 14 which can cut off a positive and a negative terminal 17a, 17b from the arrangement of the solar battery elements at the same time by means of a positive electroscope element 15a is provided. With above method, danger such as an electric shock accident can be prevented.
