Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the whole of a regulated power supply device, by supplying power from an auxiliary power source of a high conversion efficiency after a main switching circuit reaches the stable operation region, in the DC regulated power supply device of the switching system. CONSTITUTION:Until a main switching circuit 6 is operated stably, a voltage supply switching circuit 11 supplies the output of an auxiliary power source part 8 to respective circuits through a diode D1 because a voltage under +12V is transmitted to a voltage supply line 12. When the circuit 6 is operated stably, the diode D1 is turned off because a voltage (+15V DC) which is higher than +12V DC by a slight value only for backward bias of the diode D1 is supplied to a diode D2, and hereafter, power is supplied from a suboutput circuit part 10 of high conversion efficiency.
