Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The exhaustion side of the safety cabinet 15 is connected with the exhaustion pipe 20 via a high-performance filter 5 and a valve 7, and the exhaustion pipe 20 is connected with exhaustion units having exhausters 24, 25 and control valves 45, 46 via a high-performance filter 21. The pressure in the exhaustion pipe is detected by the detector 40, compared with the preset level L, and maintained at the preset level L by the control of the control valves 45, 46. In case of troubles such as breakage of the cabinet 15, the pressure is kept at the level H for the emergency operation.
