Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable bonding and fixing only through heating and pressing when printed coils are laminated and assembled, and to improve the working property of an assembling process by forming a resist layer for insulation onto the coil patterns of the printed coils, applying thermo-sensitive adhesives on the resist layer and previously drying the adhesives. CONSTITUTION:The coil patterns 31 are shaped onto a base film 2 through printing wiring, the resist layers 9 for insulation are formed on the patterns, and the thermo-sensitive adhesives 10 are applied on the layers 9 and dried previously. When assembling the armature coil, a predetermined number of the unit coils are laminated, heated and pressed, and integrally bonded and fixed. Accordingly, working property is improved because solution-like adhesives are not treated when the coils are laminated and assembled.
