A semiconductr element Q such as transistor, a C-MOS, a TTL, etc. is provided at the input side of the couplers 14 and 15 respectively to drive an LED at the light emitting part. In such constitution, the couplers 14 and 15 are driven alternately to switch the division ratio switching terminal to H or L. Thus the range can be switched. A Hall IC, etc. can be used in place of a photocoupler.
