When the INH from the poststage side exists, the INH is sent out to the prestage. When an SW is closed in the following poststage unit, the INH is given to its unit, and it is set to off-line. The unit of the poststage side is usually set to on-line, and when a fault has occured in it, the prestage is set to on-line.
