Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate large power by inserting electrodes into many heat receiving surfaces surrounded by segment walls and covering copper masks on the segment walls. CONSTITUTION:Many heat receiving surfaces 10 surrounded by segment walls 9 are provided in a relatively thick porcelain thermal substrate 8, and electrode inserting holes 7 are formed at the respective surfaces. Electrodes are inserted to the holes 7, all the surfaces are sandblasted, copper masks are covered on the segment walls, metallized film of CR material is prepared, and is blackened. This is intimately contacted with the furnace wall surface, chimney wall surface. Thus, heat is transferred through the segment walls 9 to the hoe wires on the heat receiving surface of recess shape to increase the temperature of the all substrate surface. The heat is absorbed to metallized metal of the heat receiving surface, and is injected to thermal electrode. The cooling degree of cold electrode relates to the atmospheric temperature and flow velocity at the distance between the back surface of the substrate and the cold electrode. Accordingly, large power is produced by adapting the thermal wall of the structure responsive to the property and tempeature of a heat source and the properties of the thermal battery.
