CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic plate 2 is fixed to one end of the permanent magnet 1. An engaging ferromagnetic plate 3 is contacted with the other pole surface so that said plate 3 can be freely disengaged. A protruded ferromagnetic rod 4 of said ferromagnetic plate 3 is inserted in a hole 1b of a magnet 1 and intimately contacted with another ferromagnetic plate 2, and the plate 3 is intimately contacted with the top surface of the magnet 1.
