Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the safety of a cabin tilting device by providing a stopper which stops the cabin form moving downwards. CONSTITUTION:A lever 6 cooperating with a cylinder part 5 constitutes the stopper 10 which prevents a tilting-down of the cabin 1 when an oil lock is broken. For the cooperation, the cylinder part 5 is provided with a stopper block 11 fixed to its upper part. Teeth 9 formed on the lever 6 have such shape that the stopper block 11 causes the lever 6 to escape outwardly at the time of tilting up the cabin 1. At the time of tilting down the cabin 1, the lever 6 is kept in a nonoperating position by an operating device 12. When a handle 13 of the operating device 12 is pulled, an arm 15 connected to the stopper block 11 through a pin shaft 14 is rotated against the force of a spring 16 inserted between a bracket 8 and the lever 6, causing the lever 6 to escape outwardly.
