Abstract
PURPOSE:To conduct a nondestructive test of the inner part of a test body in detail, by scanning the same cross section of the test body by changing a scanning direction by using the source of gamma ray or neutron ray, and operating the picture of the cross section for synthesizing. CONSTITUTION:A pair of a gamma ray source 12 and a scintillation counter 16, is moved in one body along a straight line 5 so as to pass a beam 14 through a cross section 2 and radiant ray transmitted a test body 1 is detected by the counter 16. Detected values (a), (b) of the scintillation counters 16, 17 are inputted to a buffer memory 26 through an amplifier 21, an AC transducer 22 and detected ratio of (a) and (b) is stored in correspondence to moving distance. When the scanning is finished, the body 1 is rotated and reverse projection images are obtained successively by changing a direction of the beam 8. Said images are overlapped by an operating in a CPU27 and a picture of the section 2 is displayed on a CRT35. Hereby, a dislocation picture having a high contrast is obtained.
