Abstract

PURPOSE: To minimize the distance between a bearing and a rotating body and to improve the efficiency by performing the horizontal support of the rotary shaft of a rotating body with ball bearings fitted to the outside of a shielding wall and non- contacting type bearings fitted to the inside of the shielding wall.

CONSTITUTION: Water bearings 16 to support a rotary shaft 3 turnably is attached to the lower side of a shielding wall 4, i.e., an opposing surface to a rotating body and a bearing box 5 provided with ball bearings 7 which support the rotary shaft 3 turnable is attached to the upper side of the shielding wall 4. A motor 8 is installed to a fixed part 17 appropriately. If materials are fed from a material feeding pipe 12 to the inside of the rotating body 2 rotating at a high speed in case of working, the materials are separated into solid and liquid during the materials ascend along the inner circumferential surface of the rotating body 2, so that the solid is accumulated so as to form a layer 18 on the inner circumferential surface of the rotating body 2 and the liquid flows out from a discharging port 11 to the outside and recovered by a receiving vessel prepared in a casing.
