CONSTITUTION:A photoresist 4 is applied on an optical disk 1 which has vapor-deposited, for instance, Al3 to thickness of 300Angstrom on a thermoplastic resin part 2 such as acrylic resin and polyvinyl chloride, and is exposed through a mask, and after that, numbers of concentric groove parts 7 are formed by means of development and etching. To the part of the metallic layer 3, a laser beam 26 for writing-in and weak servo-beams 27-0, 27-1 are projected. For instance, in case the laser beam 26 is deflected to the left, the beam 27-0 and the beam 27-1 exist on the groove part 27 and the metallic layer 3, respectively. Its reflected rays are detected by detectors 19, 20, pass through LPFs21, 22 and a differential amplifier 23, and a servo-control is executed through a phase compensating circuit 24 and a mirror rotation control part 25 by its error signal. In this way, a track servo-control of a recording substrate becomes exact, and also the recording is erased.
