Abstract
PURPOSE: To relieve a burden on a driver and to improve workability, by a method wherein detection is conducted on a position of an arm and boom located immediately before an automatic operation starts, and based on the detection signal, an initial value of an arithmetic unit, computing an operating amount of each hydraulic cylinder, is enabled to be automatically set.
CONSTITUTION: From a control panel 6, a slope of an excavation surface and an attitude angle of a bucket 4 are set, and additionally, an excavation rate is set and dissolved into a horizontal component and a vertical component corresponding to a slope of an excavation surface. A voltage signal, sized in proportion to each rate component, is inputted to an arithmetic unit where a voltage signal, corresponding to a bucket position, is generated and an operating amount of each of cylinders C1W C3 is computed. Meanwhile, an angle displacement, corresponding to each cylinder displacement, is detected by detectors 9W11, and the output is fed back to the arithmetic unit 7 and a servo-amplifier 8 via a detection circuit 12. This controls each of the cylinder C1WC3 according to an input signal IP by means of the arithmetic unit 7.
