CONSTITUTION: A muxture consisting of a phenol resin and a colorant is formed by the addition of the colorant in the preparation of the phenol resin or by the admixture of the phenol resin with the colorant by a ball mill, etc. Said mixture, a filler such as wood flour, a curing agent such as hexamethylene tetramine, and a releaser such as stearic acid are mixed, kneaded and crushed to obtain a phenol resin molding compound. Said colorant is carbon black, iron oxide, etc.
