Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply draw a picture pattern having excellent light resistance and heat resistance by printing thermosetting ink on a stainless steel plate, and transferring and printing the ink layer on the transfer sheet to the surface of the ink by utilizing the adherence of the ink. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting ink (e.g. polyester resin) 2 is partly printed by a silk screen method on the surface of a stainless steel plate 1 surface treated, is then printed in a range that the adherence of the ink surface is not vanished, the ink 2 is pressed on the tranfer sheet 3 (e.g., orinted polypropylene film) formed with the ink layer 5, is then separated, and the layer 5 on the sheet 3 is transferred to the surface of the ink 2. Subsequently, it is printed until the ink 2 is completely cured. The layer 5 is adapted for acrylic resin as vehicle and is obtained by gravure printing of desired picture pattern.
