Abstract
PURPOSE:To inhibit the accumulation of a gelling resin in a bod and to stabilize the quality of the resin, by connecting a feed opening at the upper end of a vertical thin film-dewatering device, whose rotary shaft is arranged vertically, to a concentrated liquid-discharge opening at one end of a horizontal thin film-dewatering device. CONSTITUTION:A stock liquid-feed opening 5 arranged at the upper end of a vertical thin film-dewatering device 1b is connected to the discharge opening 6 of a horizontal thin film-dewatering device 1a, to construct a multistage thin film-dewatering apparatus. A stock liquid is fed through the feed opening 5 of the horizontal thin film-dewatering device 1a, and dewatered in the thin film-dewatering device 1a while its reserving period is controlled. With the advancement of dewatering, the liquid amount (liquid phase) of the stock liquid (resinous silane) decreases, while the viscosity of the stock liquid increases. The concentrated liquid is fed out from the discharge opening 6 through the feed opening 5 of the vertical thin film-dewatering device 1b until the liquid comes into a easily gelatinizable state, and further dewatered to adjust the finally concentrated liquid.
