Frequency information and frequency band information are inputted to a frequency synthesizer local oscillating circuit 86. Emission information is used for switching of a demodulation mode, and band information is used as a selection control input of filter circuits 6, 8, and 26. The frequency change instruction signal generated from a frequency change switch 52 is inputted to a frequency change controlling circuit 88, and the output of the frequency setting circuit 54 is corrected at constant time intervals by the output.
