Spot frequency information corresponding to the channel number is stored together with emission information in one storage element 76 of a storage element 74, and frequency band information is stored in the other storage element 78. Frequency information and frequency band information are inputted to a frequency synthesizer local oscillating circuit 86. Emission information is used for switching of a demodulation mode, and band information is used as a selection control input of filter circuits 6, 8, and 26. The frequency change instruction signal generated from a frequency change switch 52 is inputted to a frequency change controlling circuit 88, and the output of the frequency setting circuit 54 is corrected at constant time intervals by the output.
