Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect anomaly of an oil level in an early stage by a tank wherein a level change of oil in the tank is detected by measuring a descending ascending speed of the level and an alarm is generated when the level change exceeds an allowable value. CONSTITUTION:A rod 17 of a float 15 moves up and down depending on a level change of an oil surface 14. Output from a level transmitter 24 is calculated by an arithmetic unit 25 to obtain an ascending or descending speed of the oil level. Thus obtained output is compared with an allowable preset value in a decision unit 26. An alarm unit 20 is actuated when the output exceeds the allowable value. Thus, anomaly of the oil level can be detected in an early stage.
