The heater supporter 12 is comprised of two sheets of ribbon supporters 12a, 12b at least one of which is made of a conductive material, and supports the coil-shaped heater 13 spatially. An insulation supporting board 15, electrode 15, insulation supporting board 17, electrode 18, insulation supporting board 19 and an electrode 20 are arranged sequentially on the coil-shaped heater 13 while furthermore a planar fluorescent face 23 is provided through a spacer 21.
