CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped connector 11 where linear conductive parts 12 of the same pitch as external electrodes 5 and 6 provided on both faces of the end part of a common glass substrate 2 of a two-layer liquid crystal cell 1 (3 and 4 in figure indicate glass substrates for display) is fitted to external electrodes 5 and 6, and linear conductive parts 12 and external electrodes 5 and 6 are brought into contact with each other and are fixed mechanically by thermal press-fixing, and end parts 11a of the sheet-shaped connector 11 are folded, and they are fixed by an adhesive 13 under the state where conductive parts 12 are exposed to the outside. Consequently, external electrodes 5 and 6 of the liquid crystal cell 1 are exposed to the outside as conductive parts 12 through the sheet-shaped connector 11, and a feeding electrode 14 consisting of conductive rubber or the like is pressed to conductive parts 12 to supply power stably.
