PURPOSE:To exercise stable control in a stationary and a transient station by providing a correcting arithmetic part which corrects the output of a characteristic equalizing arithmetic part and by leading the output of the main regulation part of another system to a part to be controlled by way of the characteristic equalizing arithmetic part and correcting arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:The characteristics of the flow rate of a fuel system are equalized to the same one with an air system by a characteristic equalizing arithmetic part 33, so outputs of a fuel control valve 31 and a flow rate oscillator 30 are controlled by a main regulation part 32 given the same arithmetic parameter with the air system to respond with the same variation with an air flow rate. If a measurement difference between the air flow rate and a fuel flow rate is made, a subordinate regulation part 36 performs correcting operation to output a corrected signal to the control valve 31 via a correcting arithmetic part 34. At the regulation part 32, disturbance equivalent to this corrected signal appears, so a characteristic feedback arithmetic part 35 performs arithmetic to feed the corrected signal quantity to an input part. Thus, stable control is exercised in a transient state, not to mention a stationary state.
