Abstract

PURPOSE: To flow out condensed water easily, and to decrease ventilating resistance when dehumidifying by forming slits to a bending joining section of a corrugated fin of a section joined to a heat transfer tube at proper intervals and mutually displacing the positions of adjacent slit piece sections.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of straiht pipe section 1a, 1b... manufactured by continuously bending the flat heat transfer tube 1 to a meandering condition and forming in parallel at regular intervals are shaped, and both sides of the corrugated fins 12 are welded to the straight pipe sections 1a, 1b... among the straight pipe sections. The slits 13 are formed to the joining sections 12' of the corrugated fins 12 at proper intervals, and the adjacent bending sections separated by the slits 13 are mutually bent so as to be displaced in the vertical direction. Sections 14 upward bent and sections 15 downward bent are shaped adjacently, and clearances 16 are formed to the slit sections. Accordingly, condensed water 18 smoothly flows down, and the ventilating resistance of inflow air is decreased.
