CONSTITUTION:A dustproof cover 5 is disposed between the beam-condensing type Fresnel lens 4 arranged so as to join beam condensing to a pluraity of the heat collecting pipes 1, which are enclosed into the high vacuum glass tube 2 and coated with a selective absorption fim, and the glass tube 2, changeover valves 6 are mounted to each heat collecting pipe 1, and the theral medium 3 is flowed only to the heat collecting pipe 1a under beam condensing.
