Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize not only a stable control but an increase of lifetime of an output device such as a relay with contact or the like, by extending gradually the output period to obtain an output when the time idth is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a subject of control is fetched to a main control part 1 via a thermocouple 9, an A/D converter 8 and an input terminal IN4 and then delivered to a relay X1 via an output terminal OUT4 and a driving circuit 7 after receiving a prescribed operation. The control part 1 comprises mainly a microcomputer to be connected with a temperature setter 3, a temperature display device 4, a control parameter 5 and a time pulse generator 6 via input terminals IN1-IN3 plus OUT1-OUT3. The part 1 performs a series of processes including a measurement of temperature, a reading of set value, a calculation of output value, a setting of output and others by the interruption signal supplied from the generator 6. The period of these processes is decided by the count value of interruption pulses to be set short at first and then long gradually.
