CONSTITUTION:A core 3, onto which a coil 4 is wound, is arranged at the center of a magnetic substrate 1, and a couple of permanent magnets 2, 2' are arranged at the both ends of the substrate 1. A lead piece 6, comprising an elastic body provided with a dot pin 8 at its center, is fixed to attaching members 5, 5' by bolts 7, 7'.
