Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve processing accuracy of a corner part without danger of disconnecting the wire electrode in such a way that reduction of processing rate per unit time is utilized at the corner part in comparison with the rectilinear part, and tension of the wire electrode is increased in proportion to the decrease. CONSTITUTION:An integrator INT integrates the difference between the voltage in which the voltage applied between a wire electrode P and a work W is partially pressured through resistors R1, R2, and smooths it. In consequence, output of the integrator INT becomes that which corresponds to the average processing voltage. Beside, as the processing rate per unit time at the corner part is reduced in comparison with the rectilinear part, this reduction of the processing rate leads to the reduction of the average processing voltage of the integrator INT. The wire electrode P can increase tension of the electrode P through controlling means, such as adders AMP1, AMP2, a multiplier MUL, a transistor Tr, etc. acting on the voltage fluctuation only when it exists at the corner part.
