Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride homopolymer or a vinyl chloride copolymer having a vinyl chloride content of 50wt% or more (A), a chloridated paraffin hydrocarbon resin (B) having preferably a molecular weight of several thousands W several ten thousands and a chlorine content of 25W45wt% (e.g. chlorinated polypropylene) and a high-density ethylene polymer (C) having a density of 0.945g/cm3 or more are mixed in a mixing ratio of 93W15wt% A, 2W25wt% B and 5W60wt% C.
