CONSTITUTION:With analog switches S1 and S5 closed, a capacitor (C) 11 is charged with a reference voltage VREF and after the charging, the S1 is opened, an S3 is closed, and an S4' is closed by being set at the S3 side. At this time, the charge of the C11 moves to a C12 and the positive input terminal voltage V<+> of an operational amplifier 8 becomes lower than the VREF, so that a voltage V0 having the same polarity with the voltage VREF is developed at the output of the amplifier 8. To equalize the voltage V0 to a voltage when the C12 is not provided, the ratio of feedback is decreased by increasing the resistance ratio R1/R2, thus increasing phase tolerance. With the S1 and S5 closed, the C11 is charged with the voltage VREF and after the charging, the S1 and S5 are opened, an S2 and an S6 are closed, and the S4' is placed at the S6 side.
