Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts by leading at least a video and a color signal output from output-side electrodes in balanced states. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate frequency filter for the separate carrier system of a color TV receiver consists of a surface acoustic wave filter for a video and a color signal composed of two reed screen type electrodes formed on a piezoelectric substrate, and a surface acoustic wave filter for an audio signal composed of two reed screen type electrodes formed on the same substrate. For connections at the input side, one terminal of a common electrode is bonded to a pin 7, and the other to a stem. Both the terminals of an electrode 4 for leading the video and color signals out, on the other hand, are connected to pins 8 and 9, and this method enables the video and color signals to be led out as balanced outputs. Concequently, an unblanced-balanced converting means is unnecessary, so the number of parts accompanying it is decreased.
