PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated film which has high denseness and high strength, good electric insulating performance plus a high effect to prevent the reflection of external light at an electrode, by screen-printing and burning and buring the prescribed paste and them forming the insulated film composed of the TiO2-Al2O3 group oxide. CONSTITUTION:The paste for insulated film is produced by dissolving a mixture of organic aluminum and an organic titanium compound combined directly with oxygen into an organic solvent and adding a viscous agent to them. Such paste is screen-printed on a substrate and then burned. Thus a transparent insulated film is obtained. This film has high strength, good electric insulating performance plus a high effect to prevent the reflection of external light at an electrode, and can suitably used to a liquid crystal oriented film, etc. of a TN type liquid crystal display device.
