Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove the DC offset components appearing in detection output by changing the output of a modulating frequency oscillator to a suitable amplitude through phase controlling, adding the same to a lock AF signal and adding the signal to an AF detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of a high-frequency oscillator 1 for lock signal is pulse- modulated in a modulator 3 by the output of a modulating frequency oscillator 2, and is irradiated to the sample 6 placed in a magnet 7 by way of a power amplifier 4 and a coil 5. On the other hand, the output of the oscillator 2 is phase-shifted by a phase controller 18, is inputted to an adding amplifier 21 by a tuning amplifier 19 and an attenuator 20, thence it is added to the lock AF signal from an RF amplifier 8. This added output is detected by an AF detector 9, and is applied to a back- out coil 11 via a integrator 10, by which it is corrected of magnetic field fluctuating components. Thereby, the leakage components from the pulse irradiation output producing DC offset components are removed.
