Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce a quantity of the fuel consumption as small as possible at a fluidized-bed tupe calcining furnace using powdery solid fuel, by providing dust collectors and groups of parallel-flow heat exchangers in a duct line at said calcining furnace.
CONSTITUTION: At a fluidized-bed type calcining furnace for calcining powdery solid fuels such as powdery cokes and undersize particle coals etc., and fine-powdery raw materials such as lime stones etc., a group of parallel-flow heat exchangers A, in which the heat exchange is performed between waste gas from said furnace B and the raw materials, after that the separated solids are fed back to the furnace B, and a group of parallel-flow heat exchangers C, in which the heat exchange is performed between the calcined raw materials and supplying fresh air, after that the preheated air is supplied to the furnace B, are provided to said furnace B. Thus, the operation of the fluidized-bed type calcining furnace can be performed efficiently and moreover the inexpensive fuel can be used, that causes the reduction of the fuel consumption as small as possible.
