Abstract
PURPOSE: To contrive to make a washing operation safe, shorten the execution time and save washing water by a method wherein heated washing water is sprinkled to a part to be washed so as to elute the deposits on the part, the washing water used for washing is treated for adjusting the pH thereof and is recirculated.
CONSTITUTION: A sprinkler 4 is fitted to an upper part of the part 3 to be washed, the part 3 and the sprinkler 4 are surrounded by a curing device 6 with a vinyl sheet spread, and a water-receiving hopper 7 is provided at the lower part of the device 6. By a pump 12, water in the second water tank 10 is fed into a heater 13, where it is heated by steam, then it is fed through a pipe 15 to the sprinkler 4 and is sprinkled to the part 3 to be washed. The washing water sprayed t the surfaces of water pipe 3 elute the deposits on the surfaces by wetting and softening them, then falls down into the first water tank 9, 9 through the hopper 7 together with the eluted deposits. The eluted deposits are separated from the washing water by precipitaion in the second water tank 9, and the washing water devoid of the deposits flows out into the second water tank 10. After adjusting the pH of the washing water in the second tank 10, the washing water is recirculated.
