Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the occupation rate while facilitating the insertion of a pair of semicylindrical lead conductor into a stator shift by wrapping the conductors separately with a sheet-like insulation material in such a manner that the joint thereof is positioned on the opposed surface of the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A pair of semicylindrical lead conductors 4 which are connected to each other through a center hole of a rotor shaft 1 to feed a field current to a rotor coil are wrapped with a sheet-like insulator 9 butting each other. In the insertion thereof into the center hole of the rotor shaft 1, the butted joint of the insulators 9 is so arranged to be on the opposed surfaces of the lead conductor 4, for example, by putting an insulating plate 10 therebetween. This simplifies and reduces the insulation of the lead conductor 4 from the center hole of the shaft thereby facilitating the insertion work.
