Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a backlash of a gearing simply and at a low cost, by forming at least one of its toothed wheels provided with a different module each, with a material of small elastic modulus. CONSTITUTION:A worm 6 is made of carbon steel while a driven toothed wheel 7 is made of a material with small elastic modulus such as synthetic resins and the like. Further, a difference is made in modules of the warm 6 and the driven toothed wheel 7. As a result, tips 10, 11 of the toothed wheels 7 interfere with toothed wheel faces 8, 9 of the worms 6, completely preventing a backlash against a load on the wheels 7 in any direction.
