Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide high strength against a centrifugal force by connecting a core shaft to pins arranged along the circumferential side of the core shaft with wire materials of high tensile strength and to improve a rotatry balance of a braking flywheel by uniformly dispersing impregnating materials in the centrifugal direction through a rotation occuring during the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pins 8 is circumferentially arranged around a core shaft 10 as the center, while wire materials 21, 22, 23 are extended between the pins 8 and core shaft 10, and between the pins 8 themselves to construct a disklike composition 9. The composition 9 is impregnated with compounds comprising metallic powder and synthetic resin and is heat-formed. Materials of high tensile strength such as carbon fibers, silicon carbide fibers and silicon nitride fibers are employed as wire materials.
