Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain stable transmission of a net-cue signal by converting a net-cue signal into a biphase signal and by transmitting the signal to a communication circuit for telephone by changing the amplitude. CONSTITUTION:Parallel net-cue signal which consists of the specified number of bits is latched by a latch circuit 2 and a latched parallel signal is converted into serial signal by a shift resistor 3. Then, the signal is supplied to a biphase converter 4. Next, a net-cue signal is converted into a biphase signal by this converter 4 and the signal is supplied to an amplitude modulator 5. In this modulator, the signal is amplitude-modulated and is transmitted to communication circuit for telephone. As a biphase signal is amplitude-modulated, it can be transmitted with a single frequency and transmission path having good phase characteristics is not required. Furthermore, the fundamental wave of a biphase signal is obtained by counting down the carrier. Then, phase of a carrier and a biphase signal are coincided and good reappearance of the signal waveform on the reception side can be obtained.
