PURPOSE:To make the whole of a unit small size to reduce current consumption, by changing the frequency constitution of a transmitter and receiver to use the high frequency part commonly in the angle modulating transmitting and receiving unit having a superheterodyne receiver. CONSTITUTION:The carrier wave generated by oscillating circuit 27 is given to phase modulating circuit 26 and is multiplied to a desired frequency by multiplying circuit 25 after modulated by a modulation signal of sound and so on. This multiplied output is distributed by distributor 24, and a part of it is transmitted from transmission antenna as a transmission wave, and another part is output as the first local signal of the first mixing circuit 22. In circuit 22, the output of distributor 24 and the receiving wave of antenna 21 are mixed to output the first intermediate frequency. The self-modulation signal of the first intermediate frequency output is cancelled by the second mixing circuit 23.
