(a), and even if the yoke piece 50 turns to another position and is in open magnetic circuit state, the magnetic flux of the small sized magnet 40 is absorbed with a cup shape magnet yoke 65 as shown in Fig. (b), allowing to avoid leakage to a broad range and production of noise.
