Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress an increase in cost, and also to improve the maintenance and service, by constituting so that the value equivalent to temperature change per 1 bit of an A/D converter can be set freely so as not to be influenced by fluctuations of a DC power supply. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit consisting of >=2 resistances 16-18 is connected to a DC power supply 1, voltage of the connecting point of the resistances 16-18 is varied in its impedance by operational amplifiers 19, 20, and reference voltage VREF of a microcomputer 12 incorporating an A/D converter, and a driving electric power supply of an analog entry circuit are supplied. In the event of voltage of an input terminal K of the power supply 1, voltge of the VREF terminal of the microcomputer 12, and voltage of the input terminal K are varied by the same ratio therefore, no operation result of the A/D converter of the microcomputer 12 is affected. According ly, it is possible to optionally set the value equivalent to temperature change per 1 bit of the A/D converter without being affected by fluctuations of a DC power supply.
