Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to operate a forced circulation type solar heat collecting apparatus satisfactorily with a single pump, by shunting an outlet pipe of a hot-water circulating pump into two branch pipes, one being connected to a heat collecting pipe and the other connected to a pipe for feeding hot water to a place where hot water is utilized, and providing valves opened and closed in response to the difference between the temperature of a heat collector and that of water in a heat accumulating tank at an intermediate part between the heat collector and heat accumulating tank.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature controller 6 detects the difference between the temperature θ1 on the surface of a heat collector 5 and that θ2 of water in a heat accumulating tank 4, and operates three-way valves 7, 8 when the temperature of the heat collector 5 exceeds a setting point for lifting water from a lower part of the heat accumulating tank 4 and feeding the same to the heat accumulator 5 by means of a pump 1. On the other hand, when the temperature of heat accumulator 5 is lowered, three-way valve 7 is closed and an inlet and an outlet ports of the heat accumulator 5 are opened for dropping water in the heat accumulator spontaneously. Further, three-way valve 8 is turned for connecting an outlet pipe to hot water at an upper section of tank 4. In this state, hot water can be supplied by starting and stopping operation of the pump 1 according to the internal pressure of a pressure tank 2. Thus, it is enabled to feed and circulate hot water efficiently with a single pump.
